We spent the week at La bastide for business workshop (team of 20 people). Everything was perfect. The staff is really nice and professional, always smiling and finding a solution for each of our requests. I definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay at La Bastide. Good sized rooms and lovely pool area. Breakfast v good although we hadn’t realised that it wasn’t included and were a bit shocked on check out that it was €15/person. What makes this hotel exceptional though is the staff. Everyone we encountered was so friendly, helpful and accommodating to every request. Special thanks to Katherine who was an absolute delight, so charming and smiley and so kind and helpful to us. A real star! Would highly recommend a stay here if you are in the area. Also v reasonable prices considering the quality of the hotel.

The family owned small hotel a few minutes from the center of charming Valbonne is a true delight It is managed Daily by the owners and the service level and the feeling here is like if not being a part of the family at least you are treated like a dear friend No does not exist among the staff and the property is spotless maintained and delivers a true small hotel provencal feeling The rooms are all very Nice and with new bathrooms The pool area is perfect for a Day in the Sun or a nap in the afternoon The breakfast is wonderfull , fresh orange juice and fruit cups etc Next door the Sons of the owners run the Trattoria quatro , surely after Four dinners in a row I Can recommend this as Best restaurant in Valbonne More hotels like this please , I Will be back again and again ❤️🇫🇷

Excellent hotel thanks to the customer service and care of Mismy alone! We also used the meeting room for two days and the ladies taking care of us there were fantastic. Good location and plenty of parking if you arrive outside of the hours when the local Trattoria restaurant are serving :)

We had such a wonderful stay here! Really great hotel with incredibly helpful staff! The woman at the front desk - who’s name escapes me, maybe Misty or similar - was unbelievable. She made our stay even more exceptional. Great location. Very nice pool. Spacious rooms! Highly recommend!

1st class service from start to finish ( especially Mimsy ) lovely room , great breakfast …..great location, lovely pool & garden , fantastic adjoining restaurant….my only complaint is when full could have some with a few more sun beds & pool could have been a little warmer…….saying that these are very small points ……😁

Wonderful family run hotel with attentive staff, especially “Mimsy”, who is the best hotel “fixer” I’ve ever met! Nothing is too much trouble. I’m sure the other staff are learning from her. The pool area is fantastic and Italian restaurant next door is fabulous. But early booking essential. Only criticism is that the hotel doesn’t have a snack menu for light lunches etc, you have to have a full blown meal at the restaurant.

Fantastic stay, great service, comfortable room and a lovely setting on the outskirts of the town of Valbonne. Superb welcome on arrival and we were sad to leave. We will definitely be back sometime soon

Nice hotel, fancy atmosphere, but much too loud. I spent a few days overthere, expecting a really nice and quite place as described on their website. The swimming pool is located in the center of the location and the rooms, some of them with balcony, are built around the pool. What I found was a nice and attractive place, in the middle of nowhere (what I was looking for), but much too loud. The restaurant located in the house and next to room Nr 216 was crowded every night. The noise from the kitchen and the music was a horror. Every night till at least midnight, you could hear the noise. The customer management was very friendly, but this is not a help if you can´t get enough sleep every night. And looking back to my talks with them, I am really frustrated that they gave me the impression to be the first guest with those complaints and had no solution for me. So if you seek for quietness and want to stay there, try to get a room at the other side of the hotel.
