Good location, free parking available in front of the hotel, spacious rooms but old interior, it needs a refurbishment.

My nephew left his iPad behind when he checked out. The front desk quickly located the iPad and reassured my nephew that they had it. They then packaged it up and printed the label, ready for collection by FedEx.

Huge hotel, I didn't find the room clean, the bed was barely made in the morning, the bathroom was cleaned only as much as necessary, never swept or washed the floor, I stayed for a week and the service was not up to the standard of the hotel as was the breakfast, recycled foods and not much variety. I had to change rooms because the mixer in the shower located in the bathtub was not working and was dangerous to get in and out of. Bathrooms quite old with many shortcomings. I will never go to this hotel again as I do not recommend it.

Very good hotel located to go to Warner Park, with easy parking (even if you don't want to use their underground parking). There is a shopping center right next door, which expands the options for lunch or dinner and even leisure (cinemas, bowling). We had a problem with the window the first night and they were quite attentive. Breakfast is basic, but one of the waiters (Manuel, one of the best hospitality professionals I have ever met) is committed to providing everything you need. All staff are attentive and friendly. We especially thank Domingo at reception for helping us get the room we needed and Manuel for improving our breakfasts so much.
