Summer in Valdivia
The river view from the hotel is gorgeous. The room was really clean and housekeepers were friendly and alert to guests needs.
The side of the hotel I was in it’s a bit old. Carpets are old but not a stain on them.
Breakfast is included and parking is free.

Mala experiencia desde la entrada el personal poco o nada amable, instalaciones viejosimas, aseo soló lo q ve la suegra (tuve que pedir aspiradora para aspirar la pieza), restauran malisimo para ser de hotel, Nos quedamos en el primer piso y nunca vimos letreros de que el hotel estaba fumigado al contrario todas las piezas con letreros qué no dejes comida en la habitación por que hay hormigas 🐜. Primera vez en mi vida que en un hotel veo esos letreros (les debería dar verguenza). Desayuno pocas cosas.
