Overall it's okay, the hotel is a bit old. Our room has a jaccuzi. I accidentally pressed the button on the wall, and then the flushing motor of the jacuzzi started to sound. There was another sound about 3 minutes after it was turned off. Do not press the button to stop it at this time. Instead, it should stop automatically. Otherwise, there will be an echo every 3 minutes after you press the button. It's gonna take forever.

Credit card was charged before check out, had to check out one day early, no reimbursement had to pay for night I didn’t stay. I will not stay at these hotels ever again, ripped me off

No complimentary breakfast anymore, didn’t clean our room once, had to ask for more towels and tp, had to ask to open up hot tub, will not be back

Stopped here due to sudden adverse weather. Better option amongst surrounding older hotels. Great price !
Newer hotel will all modern room amenities. Pool and Hot Tub. Tim Hortons right next door. Petro Can and A&W across the street.
I had an Inner room and could not hear the Semis on the Highway out front. Check In Attendant was quick and efficient.

Hottub water was green and smelt like a swamp.
3 nights no house keeping. After 2 nights, asked about house keeping was told not provided unless requested! Was told nothing wrong with hottub. Pool was dirty as well slide turned off.
In room brouchure and website said continent breakfast. When i asked about all this. I was told show me where it says daily house keeping and breakfast!! I did amd they said ok that needs to be changed. No discount or compensation offered! On checkout they demanded the key cards!

Room was completely heated until we arrived at 10:00 pm. It took quite a while to heat the room once we turned on the heater.
Bathroom was dirty, shower was unwashed and there were bio spots on the wall near the toilet.
Will never stay at this property again.
