GV Hotel - Valencia Reviews

This was Located in town next to valencia market and opposite the old bus station. Noisy road. In spite of asking for free drinking water the staff insisted this is a guest option - hotel did make it clear that the tap water was not safe. The new years eve fireworks were loud and people were the road used cars till 3AM celebrating. The market like most places was closed but transport to Davao was operational.

hello.. i would like to express my thanks to GV hotel Valencia for accommodating us during our one-night stay in Valencia city Bukidnon. the service is good, but a little bit old hotel. Hod bless everyone!

Upon check-in, there was an on going brownout in the area, but fortunately they gave us a room with window. The place was good, the hotel is in the city proper. But in our room, there were black ants in the wall. The cr flush was not working. Also, the aircon was a bit old and it kinda sounds disturbing. However, the receptionist who was on duty from late afternoon til night was accommodating. Overall it’s a nice place to stay and will recommend for those who’s in a budget.

The floor tiles were so dirty as well as the seat cover of the toilet bowl. Moreover, there were lots of black ants crawling on the walls all through out my pillows. I wll not recommend this hotel. They have no shampoo nor toothpaste at all only body soap.

Service and location were okay, facilities and cleanliness were also okay considering its price

Our stay was OK and the place was nice and clean. But when we left we were confronted with a scam. We had to pay 900 pesos for the bedsheet because it had "bloodstains" but they were fake. Outrageous! Very disappointed. Can't recommend this hotel.

Room was fine

Affordable hotel, near landmarks and just along the high way. Aircon noise is annoying when you're tryna get some rest but it's understandable. You literally get what you pay for.

The place was ok for its price. Probably I’ll still choose this property in the future.
