Room Valencia

Good location, staff is nice, price on Trip.com as Platinum is superb. Have Elevator! Chill in the street is quite peaceful (apart of those hard snoring so prepare your earplug as staff don't have)

The staff are very friendly. I was provided a free upgrade from mixed dorm to female only dorm. The toilet looks like one in a hotel. Thick bath towels provided were very much appreciated. I have to agree it is the hottest hostel in town!

The hostel's location is great. Although it's quite far from the train station, it's within easy reach of the main tourist attractions. The service was mixed. Some reception staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent recommendations, while others came across as quite curt and unfriendly. The lack of a hob in the kitchen was disappointing and made cooking difficult. My room also didn't match the photos. My bunk was in a dark corner with poor lighting and ventilation, and the air conditioning was ineffective, making the room uncomfortably hot at night. As the room was on the ground floor with an accessible bathroom, there was no shower screen, which meant the bathroom floor was always flooded. The bathroom door was also very stiff and difficult to open. The towels and bed linen appeared clean.

Great location on the city centre. The check in was smooth. The room was rather packed but ok for a night. Wifi worked well.

we stayed in a 8-bed female dormitory and it was a decent stay. the beds were clean and quite big for a hostel, they also had curtains and there were lockers beside them that you have to bring your own padlock to use (but as far as I know, the lady at the reception can also offer you one to use for free). in the room there's one bathroom with one toilet, one shower and a sink. in the common area there is a great kitchen, some fridges, coffee machine with free coffee and even a coffee shop. the kitchen didn't have a stove though, but there were other amenities like microwave, kettle, cutlery and dishes. as for the disadvantages, the room wasn't spacious enough and it always was stuffy inside, but maybe it's just a weather problem. also the lockers we had were standing loosely, likely to fall. the shower leaked a lot and there was a mess in the bathroom because of it. but overall it was okay to stay for a couple of days and the disadvantages didn't really affect our stay much. I would stay there again!

Amazing experience! Welcoming and friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms, I liked everything about this stay. I didn’t think we would have our own restroom as it is hostel, but we indeed did, which was fantastic. We had plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. If I ever visit Valencia again I will choose this hostel 100%
