Great hotel, centrally located. Extremely comfortable bed and an excellent room. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly and responsive. Would highly recommend.

This hotel in Valencia boasts a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station and right in front of the main park. The park is surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars, making it a convenient spot for dining and socializing. The service here is exceptional. The staff is attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. They are always available to assist you, whether you need help with your luggage or recommendations for local attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. I had the pleasure of staying on the 6th floor, right in front of the park. The room was quiet, but I did notice some construction noise in the mornings, especially in April 2026. Overall, I had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. I have no complaints and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in town.

Fantastic location, very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Exceptional room. Lovely touches, stylish design, comfortable bed, luxury pillows, large fluffy towels, nice cosmetics, simple and effective automation, well stocked mini-bar, easily accessed safe, good robes and even a personalised welcome note, with chocolates. Faultless, I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Originally planned to spend 4 nights in Valencia to finish off a book I am writing and hoping for a calm, relaxed place. Unfortunately, I showed up during the loudest time of the year in Valencia for the “Fallas Festival”. A unique cultural event, it is marked among other things by continuous fireworks. The hotel location, right in the central square was the “ground zero” for this event. The hotel didn’t send me an email warning me of the challenges and restrictions associated with the celebration. I showed up somewhat shocked by the scenes. If I had known that this event was taking place, I would have planned my visit to the city later in the year. Anyway… After a very challenging start, the hotel management and front desk team did their very best to recover. I had to cut my stay short by two nights and relocated to Alicante. Positives: Rooms are immaculately and tastefully appointed. Shower, wash basin all designed with high quality equipment. Comfortable bed. Plenty of storage space. Nice toiletries and amenities. Breakfast is excellent. Extensive à la carte menu included as complimentary. When the festival is not on, the location is outstanding. Right at the centre of everything. After the difficult start, the front desk team and Martina (Front Desk Manager) and Marta did their very best. The breakfast restaurant team were also super welcoming. Negatives: Given the hotel building, the reception is a bit of an afterthought, too small for a 5* hotel. Rooms on lower floors may be quite dark on the backside of the hotel. Despite the start, I left the hotel intending to return in the future.
