Functional apartment but basic amenities and a somewhat unwelcoming atmosphere - Kitchen: very few utensils, difficult to cook in the apartment (no salad bowl, no ovenproof dishes, only 2 pans, lack of equipment...) no basic ingredients available (oil, salt, pepper, sugar...). The kitchen is closed off, so less appealing than an open-plan kitchen. - Bathroom: lacks towel racks at a reasonable height. - Average quality bedding (soft beds that creak a lot), narrow beds - Nice living room - Good soundproofing

The room is easy to find, the location is good, convenient, there are many restaurants around, close to Chinatown, and not far from the main city church and old town on foot. It is worth staying next time!

The room is relatively clean. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old town. It is not far from China Town. It has basic facilities and the service is okay. The air conditioning is good.

Just returned from Valencia.We were very happy with the 3 bed apartment,although we did think we were to have a balcony.Very spacious.One main bathroom,and an ensuite.Water temp was a bit fiddly but easy to manage.Fine big fridge.About 15-20 min walk to City Hall. There is a lovely coffee shop on the corner to the right of the building.Very reasonable ,but there are plenty of coffee shops on the walk into the city. We were all happy with the appartment.

Functional rather than comfortable stay; all rather basic with no real luxuries which was disappointing given the price charged. Small bathroom facility with dodgy hot water supply; very limited toiletries, coffee/sugar etc. supplied. Not the most attractive views and around a half hour walk from the old town.

Had 3 nights booked. Probably the most underwhelmed i’ve ever been from the description and reviews to the actual reality. Apartment was not like the pictures at all, very tired aesthetically and rather depressing. Views of the surrounding area is equally drab. 1st time we’ve walked in, looked around and immediately left. Management referred to their Steller, 6-year zero negative review history and offered no partial refund support. Astonished at how anyone could view this accommodation as anything but miserable and poor. We booked in last minute at hotel 2kms away. Plenty of places to stay in Valencia, unless your comparison is a bin, i wouldn't stay here.

I chose this accommodation because we were travelling as a family of 5 so having 3 separate bedrooms (and 2 bathrooms) was absolutely ideal. The apartment was spacious, , modern and very clean. Its location worked well for us. We arrived via the Metro from the airport and had a short-ish walk from the metro to the apartment. During our stay we used the local buses and there was a bus stop very close to the apartment. The beds were comfy and the rooms nice and dark for a decent night's sleep. It was useful having a kitchen as we were able to make our own breakfast and snacks, although we did mainly eat out. One day we did bring home pizzas from the supermarket and were able to cook those in the oven. It was useful having a dishwasher too. There was also a washing machine but as we only stayed for 4 nights we didn't use this. There was a large fridge freezer too. It was highly useful having a reception area which was open during the day, as we encountered a medical problem on our arrival into Valencia and the staff were really able to help direct us towards the medical help we needed. Also, on the day we left unfortunately the metro was not operating due to the flooding in Valencia, but the reception team made it so easy for us by organising a large taxi for our party of 5 and suitcases. I was super grateful to the staff on site who helped to make our stay as smooth as possible. This made it perhaps superior to any other holiday rental where you might not have this support on site.

Ants in the apartment, very arrogant and rude staff, sewage smell in the lifts and outside the apartments. Definitely not worth the money. Have stayed in valencia a few times but this is a con. Better off staying elsewhere even if its more expensive or cheaper

Arrogant staff! Overcharge you. Dirty facilities and a strong sewage smell in the elevators and outside the rooms. Very expensive for what it is. Staff don’t care about anything at reception. Will not be staying here again due to the staff and way they deal with you

Super unhelpful and unfriendly staff. Booked an apartment for 4 nights. They offer services like bice hire however won’t let you rent from elsewhere even though they don’t have availability and will charge you just to store 1 bicycle because its not from them. The staff are shocking in this place and have serious attitude problems. The lady with the short hair and glasses and the tall lady with no glasses both were super rude and unhelpful. When asked what her name was she said she can’t provide it. I’ve stayed in valencia many times before but will definitely not be returning and staying here again. also had ants in them which appear in the night. Avoid at all costs!!

These apartments are in a good location for getting into and around Valencia. We had two three bedroomed ones which was just what we needed. Clean and spacious with decent bathrooms and lots of mirrors. My only gripe wad having just one lift as there was a lot of stairs.
