房間很乾凈，隔音也還不錯。設計風格是本人很喜歡的風格。拍照特別出片。可能聖誕季，價格真的有點高。
早餐也還不錯，熱食可以點餐。19歐一個人。
前台的小姐姐英文很好，還耐心的給我講解城市地圖，和周邊的景點。還給了英國宮商場的打折卡。
就是燒水壺不太乾淨，然後第二天給水啊什麼的都不做補充。

Great location right next to Colon metro station and where all the things happen in Valencia.
Hotel looks very nice and you can see there was put a lot of effort into it. Staff is friendly and breakfast was decent.
Rooms are little small, though and a little dark due to the small inner space (can’t really be called a yard they look to) and some slippers would be more than welcome.

Cute hotel in the Center of Valencia,. Easy access on foot to all major landmarks. Excellent New Year party. José , guest service manager was super helpful.

Cannot understand how this hotel gets such good reviews, we found it soulless and very average , the decor is dated and the rooms and especially the bathrooms need an overhaul, would not recommend

We absolutely loved this hotel - it's not imposing from the outside but when you get inside lobby, it's stylish, beautifully decorated throughout and the staff are wonderful and so welcoming. The hotel is centrally located between two metro stations and just minutes walk away from the shopping areas, historical squares and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is delicious and abundant and the waitstaff(who are lovely) will also take orders from the menu too. We couldn't recommend this hotel enough for a stay in Valencia - it's fabulous!
