Lacks overall 5 Star Service , we checked in around 9PM and as well during the day no one is standing next to the entry to help out or greet , reception is hidden , water comes in plastic bottles at room temperature, no other welcome snacks and you need to call for a toothbrush. Had been in other JW and Westin and was treated like a queen , but overall this time in Valencia is more a YMCA self service check in feeling . We liked the space in the room and that the windows could get partially opened. Would try a different 5 star in Valencia next time .

The room was spacious, which is quite rare for Europe, and the location was decent, not too far from the city center and art center. The hotel is a bit old, but it was still relatively clean. However, the breakfast was really poor; for €28, it wasn't as good as other four-star hotels. The selection was too limited, and the ham and other dishes were far too salty.
