Be super careful booking with this hotel as even if you are forced to cancel because your flight lands into a natural disaster and you have medical conditions that prohibit landing in such conditions, they will not cancel your booking. I had to cancel, gave heaps of notice and they still refused to cancel despite them being in the middle of a natural disaster zone where I was advised by my client on the ground that public transport was crowded and hard to access due to the flood. The staff i dealt with prior to the flood via email were rude and short. I wasn't even able to give the booking to my client trapped on the ground. Just disgraceful. Be warned.

Nice Hostel in very good location, bed are cleaned and reception team are friendly and cooperative

The location is near old town carmen. Got loads of bars and restaurants nearby. The hostel provides different activities each day. Like picnic, beach excursion, walking tour, salsa dance etc and there are free! Met some friends there. But the ladder to climb up the bed is poorly designed I can say.

It was ok but it was not my type of place. Otherwise it's nice and comfortable.

The hostel is very clean, staff are friendly and can speak English. They will help you in anyway possible. They even suggest you to plan your trip in valanecia. Thank you purple nest for hosting me.

I made a mistake booking Valencia this time; I booked one day too late, and now there are no female dorms available, only mixed dorms. Oh well, I'll have to book another hostel. This one is really nice, though; moving around is such a hassle.

The bunk beds don't consider how to safely and easily get to the top bunk, and items on the top bunk easily fall off and are inconvenient to retrieve. Hygiene and cleanliness need improvement.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Close to the city center and attractions. The common area is clean and large, allowing for socializing. Various activities are offered every evening by the staff. The dorm bed is comfortable and the curtains provide privacy. On the downside, the shower doors are too small, barely able to pass through (perhaps the locking system or the direction should be changed). Overall, a very good hotel, I recommend it.

Everything was great, good customer service, the room was clean and smelled good, and the price was affordable and fits perfectly into your budget. I would recommend it "YES".

Excellent location, attentiveness of the reception and cleaning staff. Everything was great!!

The location is good, about 20 minutes walk from the city center, bus station and train station. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a living room. You can meet friends here. Unfortunately, there is no curtain on the bed.

I liked the location, it is very good, central and accessible to many public transports. The only thing I got was a top bunk and getting on was very uncomfortable.
