Stayed here 10/2022 as a family. The apartment we had, was nice looking but you could see that there wqs some serious mold issues upstair bathroom wall, and also the air in upstairs bedroom was bad/not changing. We used the airconditioner but it dis not help. Also the cleanliness of the apartment was not as good as it could have been. There was a lot of dust and dirt under the furniture, and the corners of upstairs bathroom were absolutely filthy. Kitchen was well equiped, and the view from kitchen window was really nice. The location of the hotel is good and the staff is really helpful. I would book here again, but as for a mold free apartment.

Special place in a brilliant location in the old town, walking distance from all attractions in that part of town. We had rented the Loft 1 which has also a large fully equipped kitchen (which we didn‘t use, with so many eateries nearby) and a tiny balcony.

I want to say our stay was good, as the location is fantastic, it has parking and the most comfortable bed I have had in a hotel in Spain, however….we had issues with our air conditioning (one night it was overflowing water down the walls and on the floor, the next it was totally dead after an hour) and there were some other issues. The elevator stunk, really strong, of urine, and the room was clean enough, but not spotless. The staff were friendly but not overly responsive with our air conditioning issues…. In the end they waived the parking fee as compensation, but it took a bit more of a discussion than I would expect.

The check in process was seamless. The beds, especially the one for the kids could be improved but are overall acceptable. Good internet service. Even though the place is located along a busy street, the noise is not a problem.

The apartment is located within a wonderful building, in the heart of the old town. The location could not be better, some lovely bars, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The Mercado Central is a 5 minute walk away and most of Valencia’s main attractions all within walking distance. Apartment was clean and well equipped. We had an apartment at the back of the building which meant it was very quiet and peaceful. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was €20 in a taxi from the airport. Would definitely recommend if staying in Valencia, we’ll definitely be back!

Our second visit and it was just as good as the first! A warm welcome from the reception staff and our room was ready early. The room was very clean and has all of the facilities needed for our stay. The location is fantastic - in the old town and a short walk from all of the main attractions. We will definitely be booking again.

We were here as a family of 5 adults and a baby and we spent Christmas here. It was lovely. They offer just the right amount of service and the apartment was lovely, quiet, and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay.

First of all I would give the apartment a high rating for its location in a wonderful area with easy walking access to all of the old city attractions ,restaurants and bars. However in terms of quality the Palacio has been let down by a lack of general maintenance and attention to detail. Chipped.paint and damaged wallpaper everywhere. For example ,the soft furnishings have been neglected and are very soiled and grubby.getting on to unhygienic. The "fully equipped kitchen" is missing many items with mismatched and chipped crockery.. The ceramic floors have not been properly cleaned for some time,there was broken glass,hair and sticky dirt in evidence. Overall very disappointing for what is classed as a boutique apartment charging more than £100/ night.

Right in the city center, nice if a little flashy interiors, spacious room/apartment. Not incredibly close to public transportation given its position but reasonable. Only unpleasant thing was the sewer smell coming from one of the bathrooms.
