iStay by NH Ciudad de Valencia Hotel

We booked a 45 sqm room, but it was actually only 25 sqm. At first, the hotel front desk flat-out denied it was smaller. They eventually admitted it, but their service attitude was terrible. They didn't even provide slippers. The only reason I knew about the room size and the lack of slippers is because my family had stayed there before, and I had seen it for myself. The hotel was incredibly arrogant. Travelers, beware and carefully verify things; some issues come to light when you dig deeper. A big thank you to Ctrip's customer service for their meticulous, patient, and prompt communication in resolving the issue. It's the best travel platform in China, and I hope it continues to improve. Thanks again to Ctrip's customer service!

The hotel is well-located if you're taking an Uber or public transport. The rooms are spacious and clean. Our stay at this hotel was very satisfactory for what we needed to do. I recommend it! Parking is available for 19€ per day.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center with easy access to transportation. The room facilities are simple and practical, perfect for solo travelers. It's also clean, and overall, I had a good experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

Prima hotel, just a bit too far from the city center. What's not so great is that there are always people smoking right outside the hotel, which makes going in and out a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom isn't okay; the bidet was placed directly in front of the only space available to get into the bathtub. Super awkward.

Great location for exploring the City of Arts and Sciences and the beach area. Easily accessible by metro, bus, or tram. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and an adequate bathroom. However, the soundproofing was poor; we could hear other room doors closing and the cleaning staff passing by in the corridor with their trolleys and vacuum cleaners. Cleaning started at 8:30 AM, which made it difficult to get extra sleep in the morning if you wanted to, and they made a lot of noise with the trolleys moving back and forth in the hallway. One of the elevators hadn't passed inspection but was still in service.

Reception check-in was excellent. The rooms are a bit dated, and the bathroom tiles are in dire need of a renovation. Service and amenities are good. The beach is within walking distance. The city center and train station are not nearby, but there are metro stations close by.

Nice, large, and clean room. Great breakfast. Convenient location for a city trip, within walking distance to the main beach and marina, and a bit further to the Old Town. Friendly staff. With the Valencia Card, I had excellent metro and bus connections. I would choose this hotel again.
