We stayed 3 nights in a private double room. Location was great, close to the city center, metro and bus stops. Staff was friendly and we could leave our backpacks after check out. On the bad side, the TV wasn't working and I asked reception to fix it 3 times and they never even try to look at it and fix it. We had to ask for shampoo bottles everyday as they would not leave new ones after cleaning the room. The shower had no separation from the toilet so taking a shower, meant that everything was ending wet. A lot of things were loose, the toilet seat was moving, the sink faucet, the toilet paper holder.

It's a good hostel, pretty clean and in a newish building. The bunks are quite comfortable and the rooms are reasonably large. Most of the facilities are in pretty good shape and daily maintenance is reliable. The kitchen is good. The staff are great: friendly and informative. Breakfast is ok. Main drawback for me: there is no social area in the evenings. There's a kitchen, but it closes at 10.30 and is not designed to be a congenial space to chat, preferably with a beer. So the atmosphere is a bit sterile.

I've made a reservation for this hotel about a year ago for the MotoGP 2022 weekend, the hotel canceled the reservation without any reason less than a week before my trip! They told us that our credit cards were not valid (we have changed 3, never had a problem with one of them anywhere!), never replied to us when we told them to check. Reported at *********** help so that in the future other people won't have this kind of issue. Avoid traveling here!

We have made a reservation ONE YEAR before the MotoGP 2022 event but, without a reason, they cancelled the reservation saying that there were problems with the credit card..we have used 3 different card (always used without problems) and they didn't even tried to check the cards. Stay away from this scammers.

I have booked here double room a few months ago for quite good price. Room was very large with private bathroom. Service in hotel was friendly. Location is great, in the centre. You can easily get there from airport as well by metro. Station was 5 minutes walk.

Absolutely disgusting. We have obtained a refund and left for a better establishment. The manager is so rude you would not believe it. I would most certainly recommend you DO NOT stay here it is terrible. Absolutely terrible. I have lived in Spain for 10 years and have never experienced such awful service as this.

Estuve en la habitación con baño privada y fue súper cómoda y limpia. Bastante espaciosa con aire acondicionado frío calor. Solicite toallas extras e inmediatamente me las dieron. El personal súper atento, hay un opcional de desayuno en el restaurante de abajo que va muy bien. También hay cocina y comedor para compartir . Volveré seguro ! Aconsejado !

Infraestructura encantadora, las sábanas muy limpias y habitaciones frescas con aire acondicionado. Es bueno que tengan baños y duchas fuera de las habitaciones a diferencia de otros hostel de habitaciones compartidas donde he estado. Que la consigna sea gratis me pareció genial! los viajeros que elegimos hostel pues nos va excelente estas facilidades y se valora. Muy agradecida con Alex y Anabel de recepción que dieron un trato cercano y amable :) fue un gusto hospedarme en Quart Youth

Un posto pulito,in pieno centro, noi abbiamo scelto Camera con bagno privato, colazione buona per 3€ con succhi di frutta,toast e mini cornetti possibilità di lasciare i bagagli se il volo è in serata.... veramente top,super super consigliato, la pulizia ci ha colpito...
