Great location in the heart of Valencia, and if your room has a balcony then you just hit the jackpot of taking good skyline and building photos. The only time I spoke and saw the staff was when I checked in and out. No one seems to care to interract. There's a shared kitchen on the main floor but they close it early or only accessible if you have your room on the same floor. The lighting on my room was poor though, they have to upgrade their bulbs/ lamps. No airconditioning as well and can be uncomfy on hot summer nights or freezing cold winters. Price is very much worth it considering the location.

This place is so basic that one would think that there's nothing to talk about. Nonetheless it is so colourful and luminous that just being there has a good feeling. My room was larger than expected, the shared bathroom was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is absolutely strategic: 100 mt from metro line to the airport, train station and buses for the beach

Localizado no centro de valência faz disso o seu melhor trunfo … atendimento da recepção simples e pratico … edifício antigo e muito barulhento ouvia se as portas do mesmo constantemente a bater o que se torna incomodativo a noite .. quarto simples com um simples lava mãos .. cama pouco confortável não possui TV no quarto .. WC partilhado e por culpa dos hóspedes um pouco sem asseio.. Preço baixo pra localização mas visto o descritivo justo

Avevo prenotato per la settimana in corso, la bellezza di 6 notti.. Per farla breve, dopo la prima notte ho manifestato l'intenzione di voler andar via prenotando un altro albergo. Purtroppo, in base alle politiche di prenotazione su Booking, non era possibile avere almeno una parte della cifra versata per l'intera settimana: ho intuito che semmai ci si doveva accordare con la pensione ma parlandone non è stato fatto alcun cenno di venirmi incontro se non tenere la chiave per l'intera settimana. Le stanze non sono come appaiono dalle foto (molto migliorative): non mi aspettavo di certo un albergo a 4 stelle ma nemmeno un luogo con due piani senza ascensore, una stanza piccolissima, un armadio piccolo, un letto a una piazza e mezza, bagno privato piccolissimo (era difficile anche sedersi sul water se non mettendosi di sbieco per quanto era stretto) con bassa luminosità artificiale, tapparella ma un po' tutto l'arredamento vecchi, malandati.. Sconsiglio vivamente soprattutto se si è adulti con un minimo di necessità di spazio e comfort!
