Libere Hospitality properties in Valencia

Not worth the €100 a night I paid for the room. The first one they gave me was cramped and dark, and the mattress was extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable. Also I was woken by a baby crying in another apartment every morning and the sofa bed had stains on the arms. Also I don’t know how you are supposed to navigate the kitchen if you have the sofa bed out as it would block the way to the exit and bathroom from the bedroom. I respectfully complained about the issues and the lovely property manager Desiree said I could move to another room, but I had to wait 24 hours for it to be vacant. The new room was much better although noisy as it was on the ground floor right by the street, and the mattress on the new bed was still poor. All in all I would not stay here sgain.

El apartamento está bastante bien. Aunque si haces la reserva por medio de Trip hacer el check-IN es bastante engorroso. La persona que nos atendió por parte del departamento no se enteraba muy bien sobre lo necesario para hacer el check-In, aunque en todo momento tuvo muy buena predisposición. Además, la comunicación por WhatsApp es muy buena con respuesta casi inmediata. Pero lo dicho, si haces la reserva por medio de TRIP el check-In es bastante burocrático.
