Hotel is nice but not suitable for business travelers. Breakfast from 8am is too late, the brasserie is closed from Monday through Wednesday and no room service, so from Sunday evening to Thursday evening you are on your own for catering. Room is cold and poorly isolated, they left a small heater in the room but barely compensates for poorly isolated windows. The village seems dead outside of weekends. Would not recommend.

This Hotel has just opened.. But already looked cool and great value for money for a hotel nearby Maastricht. My room had an amazing bed, great photgraphy on the wall and a lovely bathroom. I had to be in Maastricht for work.. but loved to be in Valkenburg to sleep and enjoy the quit of the hotel with the city centre restaurants nearby

Freundliche Rezeptionistinnen und tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Centrum; aber: Badezimmer eiskalt (musste mit Heizlüfter erwärmt werden). Der Preis war zum Weihnachtsmarkt-Wochenende extrem überhöht und daher nicht stimmig.

Mooi hotel, gezellige, schone en knusse kamer! Het ontbijt was perfect verzorgd en voor ieder wat wils… echt een dikke aanrader voor als je eens lekker een paar dagen wil ontspannen! Wij komen zeker nog eens een keer terug naar dit fijne hotel.

Ontvangst ,top vriendelijk,attent zorgzaam en behulpzaam hier nemen ze de tijd voor de gast. Kamers ,we kregen de mooiste echt ruim top. Restaurant, kaart wat beperkt maar super smakelijk gegeten,we wilde een avond in het hotel eten en de andere in de plaats zelf maar het was zo goed verzorgd en lekker dat we 2 dagen bleven . Rest inrichting zeer modern met industriële plafon. Wijnkaart heel mooie wijnkaart met veel keuze zo is er voor iedereen altijd een mooie wijn. Veel parels aan wijn gezien . CHAPEAU aan de medewerkers. Bedankt ook namens mijn vrouw.

Het bestaat pas een jaar en is gehuisvest in een verbouwd voormalig klooster. Op loopafstand van het centrum met eigen parkeerplaats. Heel sfeervol gebruik gemaakt van de ‘ schoonheid’ van toen , naar een modern hotel voor nu. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Mooie bistro/ ontbijtruimte. Ook prachtig vorm gegeven en heel prettige sfeer . Heerlijk ontbijt en ook het eten in de bistro was top. De kamer en badkamer ook mooi ingericht, goede bedden douche etc. Hier wil je graag logeren! Wij komen terug

We zijn hier geweest met vrienden in twee mooie stijlvolle kamers. Fantastisch mooie plek. Erg fraai genenoveerde klooster in het centrum gelegen. Erg vriendelijke en professionele medewerkers. Zeer beleefd en enorm gastvrij. Een absolute aanrader. Klasse.

O Hotel é lindo mas nao muito funcional! Nosso quarto tinha o banheiro no andar superior, o que nao era funcional. E no banheiro nao tínhamos espaço para colocar nossas necessaires e pertences, faltavam ganchos e suporte para shampoo e sabonete dentro do chuveiro. São pequenos detalhes que parecem bobagem mas fazem diferença nessa categoria de hotel. Outra coisa que nos chateou foi que chegamos 20:30 e o restaurante em pleno funcionamento, com clientes, nao quis nos preparar nada! O chefe “nao quis” nos atender. Poxa, éramos hospedes! Achamos muita falta de gentileza! O predio do hotel é lindo, decoracao e o cafe da manhã excelente!
