Hotel is nice but not suitable for business travelers. Breakfast from 8am is too late, the brasserie is closed from Monday through Wednesday and no room service, so from Sunday evening to Thursday evening you are on your own for catering. Room is cold and poorly isolated, they left a small heater in the room but barely compensates for poorly isolated windows. The village seems dead outside of weekends. Would not recommend.

This Hotel has just opened.. But already looked cool and great value for money for a hotel nearby Maastricht. My room had an amazing bed, great photgraphy on the wall and a lovely bathroom. I had to be in Maastricht for work.. but loved to be in Valkenburg to sleep and enjoy the quit of the hotel with the city centre restaurants nearby

Dit is een oud klooster omgetoverd tot een topklasse hotel! Alles ademt sfeer uit en de authentieke details zijn prachtig. Het restaurant 'Francis' waar je ook (uitgebreid) ontbijt is een echte blikvanger waar je graag blijft hangen, echt een warme sfeer. Het restaurant is voorlopig geopend van donderdag tot en met zondag en de kaart ziet er uitnodigend uit. Onze gewone kamer had een geweldig bed, een Auping en dat is toch wel een verschil hoor, top. De badkamer met regendouche, heerlijk! Persoonlijk vind ik dit hotel éénzaam aan de top in Valkenburg gezien het andere aanbod. Tot snel, dan blijven we graag eten..

Mooie accommodatie op een handige plek dichtbij het centrum. Enige is dat de parkeerplaats niet overhoudt als het hotel vol zit.
Verder genoten van het heerlijke ontbijt, een aanrader!

Nous avons voulue manger au restaurant a 20h45 mais on nous a répondu que c'était complet or au visuel il y avait 3 table de libre donc déçue nous avons pas pu manger en étant diabetique ce nest pas cool on a etait dans la ville mais tout les restaurant etait fermés. Donc pas mangé dommage car le reste etait parfait

Heerlijk hotel op loopafstand van het centrum van het gezellige en pittoreske Valkenburg. Prachtig hotel met de moderne luxe en combinatie van de historische elementen van het oude klooster. Digitaal inchecken, deuren openen is een mooi vb voor andere hotels!

Très bel hôtel avec chambre moderne et récente
Excellent accueil
Il y a un parking payant privé sur place et un parking public (un peu moins cher) 200m plus loin
Excellent pdj
Il manque juste un chauffage dans la sdb et ce sera parfait
