Hotel Janssen is situated in the centre of the charming town of Valkenburg, with its quaint streets. The hotel is well appointed with a nice lounge and honesty bar. My room was on the third floor, which was quite a climb. However my room was lovely. The only slight downside was the somewhat noisy air conditioning, although it didn't bother me and could be switched off, once my room was warm. Breakfast was served in the basement and was brought to the table rather than the usual buffet arrangement. Everything was fresh, tasty and filling - no complaints there whatever All in all a pleasant hotel, with friendly hosts.

Perfect location on a quiet street, close to a street with lots of restaurants. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, but there are a few rooms on the ground floor. Breakfast isn’t a buffet, but is served at your table. You have to go down a flight of stairs with only one hand railing to eat. Because I have mobility issues, someone of the staff was so friendly to set a table for me on the ground floor. Coffee and tea are available for free the entire day.

Top customer service from point of booking onwards. Lovely clean comfortable room suitable for our flying visit and we were served delicious breakfast with plenty of options ! We particularly loved the beautiful egg cups. Thank you for being so accommodating with our arrival.

I booked my stay at Hotel Janssen based on the price and reviews. It turned out to be a great choice. Nice folks, clean rooms, one of the best breakfast buffet I've experienced. 3rd floor room was small, but I slept very well. Close to everything.

het hoge cijfer op deze site/app zijn ze zeker waard. Wat een fijne ervaring, vanaf het moment van binnenkomen voel je jezelf welkom. de kamer was al gereed dus ik mocht in een keer door... prima kamer, dito badkamer, alles schoon en netjes verzorgd. Airco op de kamer is een prima plus. De gratis koffiefataliteiten en de betaalde zelfbedieningsbar in de " huiskamer" een fijne en gewaardeerde aanvulling op het verblijf.... Het ontbijt geweldig, je komt ze op deze manier nog maar zelden tegen. de laatste keer dat ik het zo serveerde/geserveerd kreeg was 20 jaar geleden op de hotelschool.... Kan niet anders zeggen dan dat dit een super fijne plek is als uitvalsbasis voor welke activiteit dan ook in Valkenburg en omgeving. Mij ga je hier zeker nog eens terug zien en aanbevelen zal ik jullie zeker

Es ist mit Abstand das Hotel in Valkenburg, mit dem besten Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer haben einen touch von VIP, Das Frühstück ist unbeschreiblich lecker und Umfangreich. Das Personal sowie die Besitzer sind wahre Schätze ....Natürlich kommen wir wieder

Een heerlijk hotel in het centrum, makkelijk parkeren vlakbij op een parkeerterrein. De kamer (18) is geweldig met een heerlijk bubbelbad. De bedden zijn zeer comfortabel en heerlijk om in te slapen. Koffie faciliteiten in de kamer. Zeer gastvriendelijk. Het ontbijt is fantastisch en lekker! Mooi meubilair en leuk ingericht.

Heel goed hotel in het centrum van Valkenburg. Vlakbij de kabelbaan en fluweelengrot en de kasteelreünie Mooie kamers, fijn bed en een heerlijk ontbijt. Personeel heel vriendelijk en meedenkend. Kortom een aanrader!! Wij gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
