We absolutely loved this hotel. The woman in charge went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. She made us feel very cared for and was the friendliest and most accommodating hotel host that I have ever encountered. The hotel is charming, exceptionally clean and walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and station. Bathroom modern, beds and bedding comfortable. Excellent breakfast. We were even given a little gift upon discharge! Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in a ground floor one bedroom apartment. The decor was very simple. So much so, there was not any furniture to store clothes in, there were no luggage racks to hold our bags and we had to hang our clothes on a rack they provided in the living area. I gave a very high rating because, the location is perfect, the entire place was spotless, the bathroom has a huge shower and separate tub, and the employees were very nice and helpful. Especially, Evelyn. She went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. She even came into the apartment with a ladder to change a light bulb that was flashing. Other than providing more storage and a luggage rack, the only thing missing was a washer. There is lots of space for one. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. And we would highly recommend this hotel.

Really friendly and welcoming hotel in a great location in the centre of Valkenburg. We were there for sightseeing around South Limberg and also to see the Amstel Gold race, and it was an ideal base for both. The Castle and Velvet Cave are only a short walk away and there are many (many!) restaurants nearby, including a few with good vegan options. We travelled by train but with the intention of exploring the wider area, which we did by bike from one of several bike hire options and by train. There were also many buses although we didn't wind up using them. Maastricht, Aachen, Heerlen and the Three Border Point are all within easy reach.

We stayed 1 night in a confort room with balcony. The hotel is well located and the room is very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great and delicious. We appreciate the kindness of the people who work at reception and in breakfast room. We recommend this hotel.

Goed ontbijt en perfectie locatie kamer schoon goede bedden wel warme kamer maar je kan waaier vragen. Vriendelijk personeel en bij aankomst heerlijke chocolade . Bij vertrek ook klein presentie zie je niet vaak meer tegenwoordig. Al met al zou zo weer kiezen voor dit hotel

Hier kom ik tot mijn rust en kom ik vaker. Ik vind het prettig dat het personeel me herkend. Ze zijn erg vriendelijk en nemen de tijd voor een praatje. Heerlijk vers ontbijt, met zelfs een lekker glaasje bubbels erbij. Nette, schone kamer. Bed slaapt heerlijk, met goedgevulde kussens. Vanaf het balkon zicht op het gezellige Theo Dorrenplein. 's Ochtends hoor je het leven langzaam op gang komen. Terrasjes worden opgebouwd, restaurants bevoorraad e.d. Gierende zwaluwen. En niet te vergeten de merel die bijna de hele dag, maar ook 's nachts uit volle borst zingt. Schitterend !

We zijn hier afgelopen week 4 nachten geweest in het appartement op de begane grond met tuintje! Alles heel netjes en schoon. Ook de locatie was top in het centrum en nog geen 10 minuten lopen van het station. Het personeel was ook zeer vriendelijk! Dit appartement is Zeker een aanrader.
