Phoned 1hr before arrival and told all bookings today are complete. After 10 mins trying to explain in my broken Spanish and their broken English managed to resolve. Arrived reception on 5floor took another 15mins to sort passport details. Room clean beds clean .

I really like staying here. It’s pretty easy to get from the bus station. It doesn’t take long to get to points of interest either by metro bus or by walking depending on where you are. They allowed me to leave my luggage before check in. They offered shampoo, towel and hand soap. Place was clean and bed comfy. Restroom was small but perfect for me. Shared toilet was clean. It’s in the 5th and 6th floor but they have an elevator. They did have AC but I didn’t use it because it wasn’t too hot for me. Hot water was not an issue. Area is safe to walk around early in the morning or late. Wifi works great.

Good stay, smallish room, clean facilities We entered as some other guests were leaving. I don't know if we would have been able to check in if not for them. The information on the internet says that reception is not 24 hours but we managed ok. Communication is not always clear - since we don't speak Spanish, we relied on google translate. Everything was fine with our stay - I'm just not sure how reliable/easy it would have been if there were any problems. The room was a little bit cramped but good enough. I think there weren't many other people staying at the time because it seemed as if we had the shared bathroom all to ourselves, which was great 👍

On vacation in Valladolid for Easter 2025, on Sunday, April 20th, the scheduled return date, my partner had to undergo emergency surgery at the Ramón y Cajal University Hospital. I saw this hostel right across the street and called. From the very beginning, Katia quickly found me a room so I could leave my luggage and go to the hospital. Asun then moved her entire schedule to find me a bed at least until the evening of May 1st. We finally left on the 26th after being discharged from the hospital. I have nothing but words of gratitude for the hostel's staff. They made my stay easier at all times, making me feel at home. It's certainly a one-star hostel, but everything was clean and the beds and pillows were very, very comfortable. I've had worse in three-star hotels and tourist apartments. The towels were practically new. I only hope to be able to come back one day. A thousand thanks to everyone, especially Asun. Kisses.

The hotel was quite good value for money. Very clean, the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. I was there for an exam and needed a lamp to study under. They also provided one. The staff was very attentive. I would definitely stay there again. My partner and I were very happy.
