Hotel Zentral Parque

Good location and spacious, clean rooms, comfortable for a few days in the city. Close to the bus station and Campo Grande Park.

The hotel didn't provide slippers, making bathing in the bathtub very inconvenient, and the hotel facilities were quite old. The room, which wasn't soundproof and faced the street, was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. The price wasn't cheap, but only the breakfast was acceptable.

It was very convenient as it was located right next to the bus terminal. I arrived a little early, so I went to the front desk, but I couldn't check in until the scheduled time of 2:00 PM. (This is understandable, though...) I checked in at 2:00 PM and headed to my room, but the hallway was still being cleaned, with about three people chatting loudly while cleaning, making it difficult to move forward with my luggage. The room was clean, but for some reason the light switch was sticky. It would make a big difference if they wiped these kinds of things thoroughly during cleaning. The toilet water kept trickling for a long time. It doesn't affect the stay, but I wondered about it from an ecological standpoint... This was in room 2001. I think it would be good if they fixed it. The shower temperature and water pressure were perfect, and it felt great.

There's no free water or safe, and it's relatively close to the train station and the city center. Some rooms overlook a secluded road. It's inconvenient, as you have to push a circular door to enter the hotel. The room is clean.

Muy top todo, el desayuno muy bien, la ubicación del hotel es perfecta, el personal de la recepción muy agradables, nos ayudaron con toda la información gastronómica de Valladolid, los camareros/as muy majos y la limpieza top. La habitación era enorm

Excelente atención y amabilidad, las instalaciones en excelente estado y todo muy limpio, la hamburguesa Zentral la amé, volvería mil veces a hospedarme 1000% recomendado

Hotel tranquilo y con un personal muy atento. Aunque estaba un poco lejos de la persona a la que iba a visitar ,se me hicieron agradables las caminatas. Ya estaba la decoración de Navidad con el árbol
