This is an excellent hotel and they cope superbly with multiple arrivals. We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. The food is excellent and great value.
The company is constantly upgrading and it is no wonder that Roma is so popular

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia reciente en el restaurante Arroma de Hervás ha sido bastante decepcionante. La calidad de la comida ha bajado mucho: el pollo llegó prácticamente frío y el café doble que pedí nunca apareció; en su lugar trajeron un solo con hielo, algo que no había solicitado. La atención tampoco estuvo a la altura, se nota que ha perdido ese trato y calidez que antes caracterizaban al local. Sinceramente, con este nivel de servicio y calidad, me plantearé seriamente si volver en otra ocasión." De verdad espero una recuperación de este lugar al que tantas veces hemos venido

Por el mismo precio te pueden dar una habitación grande con terraza, o una mini habitación con ventanita. Me tocó la segunda. No te quejes que ellos llevan la razón. En cuanto al bar…depende del camarero que te toque. Los bocadillos bien. La piscina bien, pero el césped pincha. No vuelvo.

Señores. Comida 10. Las criticas de los camareros, son falsas.Levamos todo el día aquí, son agradables y con mucha educación. Cena increíble, parrillada de pescado y ensalada. Poscena con copas. Precio muy bueno y mejor servicio. Camareros de 10. Volveremos siempre que pasemos por aquí.

Graves deficiencias. Nula la adaptación de los accesos a personas con movilidad reducida. Necesitamos a alguien de mantenimiento y ni caso. Y aunque la mayoría del personal son encantadores, el 18 de Agosto íbamos a cenar en el recinto de la piscina, para o cual teníamos mesa reservada, pero por la grosería, la mala educación y la falta de profesionalidad del señor que nos recibió tuvimos que dejar el recinto sin cenar
