Came here for the first time for our anniversary, stayed one night on the 20th floor and had dinner at Hell’s Kitchen. We loved it, had a great experience with parking, the ******, restaurant and Hotel room. The king bed room/bathroom was spacious and the wall in shower was amazing. Unfortunately we did not get to check out the pool but it looked like fun. We will definitely come back.

The second you walk into the hotel, it stinks like cigarettes. Immediately felt it in my throat and eyes, the entire 5 days we were there. Our Oh so suite was nice but still smelled like cigarettes. While there was no daily housekeeping to clean up and make your bed every day (not a big deal), they still didn't come gather our garbage not one time. We primarily went there for the lazy river and food. While we got to enjoy the lazy river the first day, we didn't the rest of the week cuz it was too cold. However, we had made that decision later. So first day, we purchased a tumbler ($30/ea) but when we went back the next day to get it refilled at a cheaper price ($18/ea), the bar outside wasn't open cuz their bartender had called out and after some pleading to talk to somebody about it, the pool manager came out and offered us $40 in food credit. Whatever. Again, while all the restaurants provided good food and service, there was absolutely no entertainment whatsoever. We were there M-F from 12/25-12/29. So between Christmas and NYE, an absolutely packed/sold out hotel had no music or entertainment at all. I understand they just want you to gamble but we're also not big gamblers so after stretching a few hundred dollars, back to the room we went and not sure if we'll ever come back, at least not for that long.

I tried checking in upon my arrival at 4:10 PM and was told my room wasn't ready (check-in was at 4 PM and I have email to prove it). The front desk gal tried to tell me I was early, then looked at the clock and retracted her comment. I took the afternoon off from work, which wasn't easy, and it took me 2.5 hours drive to get there. Was then told my room would be ready in 2 hours (6 PM) and they would call or text me when it was ready (they didn't know why it wasn't ready). I asked them to text me and never heard from them. 2.5 hours later, no call or text. Checked in again at the front desk at 6:15 PM and was told my room has been ready for a while. No reason given why I wasn't called or sent a text. I explained how inconvenient this was and how exhausted I was and how this was supposed to be a relaxing trip. I was told "sorry" and not offered anything for the inconvenience this caused me. I will not plan another trip to this facility again.

Not much to like.
Dirty bathroom, tile mold. Towels were thread bare, rags.
Air conditioner came on loud every twenty minutes or so. No room service of any kind. Hallway is dirty, chipped paint. Looked like it hadn’t been upgraded( paint and wallpaper) foryears

In the hotel rooms there were no coffees machines. If you wanted morning coffee from the hotel it was a 30 min wait at Starbucks.
Kids are only allowed in the Lazy river section of the pool even though there is a large pool and a second pool with a swim up bar.
Would not recommend for families.

I miss the buffet. The food was priced reasonably and it was DELICIOUS! I used to love the variety of the various cuisines. The other two main options now are either very expensive (Hell’s Kitchen) or the Cafe which is cheaper but the food isn’t good.
I did however like the pool area with the various jacuzzis.
I also miss being able to have room service; someone to clean the rooms and being able to order food to eat in the room.

We understand. Its primary focus is on the ******. Hotel: for what we paid (weekend rate $450.00 night), a shame there was no coffeemaker in room, limited tv channels, no change of towels for entire stay, and no continental breakfast and no free WiFi. It’s a ******. ******: not enough restaurants for number of people in the facility. Long waits and high prices. Ended up eating sandwiches most days. Pools were clean and great!

Don’t go if you are a non smoker. Mediocre, but expensive restaurants. Pool area closes at 6 PM. We did like our room but no coffee maker, microwave or internet.

Neighbors in the adjoining rooms were high volume though out the stay. Day and night. Hotel staff should have made them aware of the noise issues.
