Our bedspread had coffee stains on it and two of the pillowcases looked like the had makeup or fecal matter stains and we had to switch them out. Our room seemed "surface" cleaned but the baseboards had dust on them and the office chair legs had dust on them and the bottom of the shower curtain was gross. It's clear they do a basic cleaning, but need to perform deep cleaning at least once a month.

Booked the room late in the evening with no problem. The property was clean comfortable and very easy to locate. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. Best money spent for a last minute decision to stay.

It was raining outside and there was a horrible leak in the lobby that could’ve been to very dangerous. Also, there was something wrong with her air conditioner in the room and it was excessively loud when it ran. We are also right next to the elevator and get her going up and down all night too much noise.

Other than the elevator being broke (which was fixed within 12 hours) it was a nice experience. Actually exceeded expectations. Will stay here again.

This hotel is probably quite a bit nicer when they have more staff. Everyone was very kind despite being visibly overwhelmed and tired.
