Cozy Modern 1 Bed 1 Bath next to Park!

The place was dirty. Water bottles, dead spiders, live bugs on the ceiling and in the windows (which the owners claimed it was “almost impossible to keep them out this time of year”)dirty window sills, windows wide open in cold weather, spider webs, dirty kitchen/cabinets, coffee pod still in coffee maker, heating unit didn’t work. Had to keep flipping the breaker. The managers did send a cleaning person after I sent pictures of the place and cleaned the unit. Still, a 60 cleaning fee when it’s not being cleaned is frustrating. Will just stay at Fairfield next time. Cheaper too and free breakfast. :(

Great place to stay This is a Great location in Van. Right next to the park. Extremely quiet location. Well furnished, decorated, clean and comfortable. we will be back.

Close to Family The apartment was nice, clean, & comfortable. Location was great for us as it was close to our family, which we were there to handle business. Would definitely recommend.

Quiet little modernized Gem This was a little Gem to stay at. Super nice and maintained well. Clean and modernized with excellent wifi for watching TV and working from my laptop. Definitely will be back!

Very clean and safe! This place is wonderful. We felt very safe and it was so clean. We had issues with the internet, the owner was so sweet and quick to help us get it fixed. We can’t wait to come back.

Quite, clean and good location The apartment was perfect for me for a weeks stay. It was clean and quite and had a good view to the park below. It is well appointed and I can't think of anything that needs to be added or changed. The location is great - close to a grocery story and I20 too. Will definitely stay here again!
