"A clean, cozy apartment with new furniture. There's a lake and a park nearby, and plenty of room for walks. I was specifically looking for a place close to nature. I'd especially like to point out that the apartment has excellent air conditioning! It's truly climate control. There's a balcony where you can have coffee in the morning and admire the sunset in the evening. Shops and cafes are on the ground floor. I loved it! I'm very pleased."
