InDİANA Hotel

Personally, I felt this hotel offered good value for money. From the long-distance bus terminal, there are shared minibuses (blue) that take you to the city center, from where it's about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Since we arrived early and couldn't check in, the hotel staff offered us tea first. The man in front of us was rather aloof, perhaps due to language barriers, but another man (probably the owner) was much more welcoming and helped me with my luggage to my room. The hotel is conveniently located near many amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, and shopping malls. The room rate included breakfast. The room was clean and had a refrigerator. There was heating at night. The next morning, there was a partial power outage, requiring us to climb stairs to the restaurant, but it was quickly restored. Breakfast started at 8:00 AM, not 7:30 AM as stated on the website. Also, I must point out that the breakfast food wasn't fresh; it seemed to be leftovers from the previous day, refrigerated and then taken out again. While thrift is commendable, it depends on the situation.

The cleanliness was very poor; the toilet leaked, the floors were wet, the towels were dirty, the shower cabin was in terrible condition, I couldn't even take a shower. There were women's hairs on the beds. Breakfast was very mediocre. They served margarine and two-day-old boiled eggs. The tea was in a cardboard cup; I was disgusted and couldn't eat anything. I definitely do not recommend it. Hygiene is zero.

The quadruple room was quite comfortable and the front desk staff was very nice.
