I stayed at this hotel recently and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel has an excellent location in the city center, which is very convenient. The staff were polite and friendly, which made communication easy and pleasant. The hotel also offered Wi-Fi, and there was a TV in the lobby broadcasting Iran International, which is a nice advantage for Iranian guests. Another positive point was that after we reported the lack of cleanliness, the staff provided us with clean bed sheets. Drinking water was also available, which was convenient. However, there were several negative aspects that affected our stay. The room lighting was very poor, making the space feel uncomfortable. Cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets, blankets, and pillows were dirty, and we even noticed hair on them. The drawers were also unclean. Additionally, there was only one power outlet in the room, which was quite inconvenient. Considering these issues, the hotel rating displayed at the reception (around 8+) did not seem accurate to me. Overall, while the staff and a few amenities were good, the cleanliness and room conditions need serious improvement. Unless you have no other choice, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
