Nice big room, service was a bit slow, especially at the front desk. I was also invited to add a tip to my room service order. Despite a compulsory service charge being added. It wasn't made clear that this was in effect the tip. Great location.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time. The service was excellent. I had originally booked for several consecutive nights but had to check out early due to unforeseen circumstances. The hotel kindly agreed to process a refund, and I'm very grateful for their understanding.

The lobby is quite comfortable, most of the staff are enthusiastic, the facilities are complete, and the hygiene is very good. The hotel's location is excellent with many restaurants nearby. Parking is not free, though.

The room was very spacious, and the bedding was comfortable. The location is excellent, with a supermarket right next door, which was super convenient. The staff were very welcoming and allowed us to check in early. Check-out was also incredibly fast and easy. Excellent!

Nice location just a bit up hill from downtown, everything is clean but there’s no amenities such as toothbrush or toothpaste but provide shampoo , conditioner, soap . And lotion. , umbrella Has gym, pool, hot tub but a bit wall if u located in south tower. Nice view when there’s no rain you can see mountains and lake super nice!
