The location is convenient, with many eateries and shops close by.The rooms were clean and adequate. Because of FIFA, the price was higher than I would normally expect. 

The TV died 3x during my stay so the room was incomplete staff apologized, but nothing else I asked to move insisted they would fix tv

The hotel facilities are outdated, the room is small, and parking was a hassle to find. The only upsides are its proximity to the sea and having a convenience store and Starbucks downstairs.

Good location. The hotel closes to English bay and Stanley Park. Good to have a walk in the morning or evening. Friendly staff and plenty of varieties food to choose to enjoy. The room is very small and hot. Air circulation is very bad. The building seems very old as well as the out dated air-conditioning. The air conditioning is very noisy when it’s on.

Neer the beach, so good

The location is excellent. It's a 30-40-minute train and bus ride from the airport, and the bus stop is right across the street. English Bay is a two-minute walk away, and Starbucks is next door. A supermarket, drugstore, and post office are within a five-minute walk. The room was average, but the air conditioner was a window-mounted unit that was incredibly loud, making it impossible to sleep. Fortunately, it was cool at night, so I slept without it. Also, there was no kettle pod in the room, so it was a hassle to go down to the front desk every time to fill it. Also, there were only paper cups in the room, so while there was a microwave, there were no plates. I had to go out of my way to the supermarket to buy paper plates. Since it's in the city, you can hear people making noise outside until around 10 PM. As I mentioned, it wasn't a problem at all, as I was only going back to sleep for sightseeing. I had a wonderful time in Vancouver. Thank you!

The hotel's location and service were good, but the soundproofing was extremely poor. In particular, there was a group of people making noise in the hallway until 4 a.m., but no one responded.

Absolutely average. I'd definitely not choose this hotel again if there are better options. It was too noisy and too close to the road. The room was very close to the laundry room, so the isolation was poor and it wasn't very clean.

Ants came out of the bathroom several times, and the shower door in the bathroom would open no matter how many times I closed it, so I couldn't shower properly. But the staff were really friendly.

The location is good, the hotel service attitude is very good, there is a pub downstairs, but you can't hear any noise upstairs, it's very quiet
