Super stay, the room was very big with city view and a king side bed. Stay there for 5nights and enjoy my time.

The room was spacious, and the hotel is about an 8-10 minute walk from the station, which makes getting to and from the airport on the Canada Line very convenient. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly and enthusiastic.

The room was clean and tidy. It was a shame that the shower temperature was difficult to adjust and there was no body wash.

For downtown Vancouver, the price of this room is very reasonable, and the location is super convenient. Especially, the bedding is really comfortable. Plus, you can store your luggage for free! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm here. I truly felt the warmth and inclusivity in this city.

Staff are friendly. Location is good, nearby to many eatery place. Near the boat to the island also. Overall it's okay.

Stayed with 2 friends, so there were 3 of us. No issues at all.

The bathroom was extremely dirty. Other people’s hair was on the towels and the shower. The toilet paper holder was covered in dust. The floor of the hotel room was also covered in dust and it looks like it’s never been wiped down or cleaned properly. Really gross. Location is fairly good.

The location is decent, and the surrounding area feels safe. It's easy to get around using public transport. There's a grocery store and restaurants nearby, which is convenient for meals. The facilities and cleanliness are good, and the front desk service is also fine.

Hotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water.

Friendly and very helpful staff. Good location to downtown. One Elevator breaks down on the day we arrived and then both, other then having to take the stairs, rest of the stay was good and excellent .

The room was spacious, making it easy for two people to open their suitcases and move around comfortably. It was older than I expected, so I rated the cleanliness as average. The front desk staff were kind, and everything from check-in to check-out and luggage storage went smoothly. The room had a refrigerator. After checking in, you get discount vouchers for the restaurant located below the hotel. The area around the hotel isn't very safe if you walk towards the 7-Eleven, but the street closer to English Bay was fine.

The hotel is ok. Nothing special and not bad. The room was decent. The bed was good, the pillows lumpy. First day no housekeeping. Second day was cleaned up and towels replaced. Overall the stay was average. Location was good for Downtown Vancouver
