Fairmont Pacific Rim is a great hotel with a prime location. The facilities and service are top-notch. I highly recommend it. We were assigned a good-sized room with a spectacular view of the harbor. The sunrises are incredible!

Friends who choose this five-star hotel should lock your credit card for cardless transactions, otherwise the hotel will randomly deduct money from time to time. Haha, I paid a deposit of 300 when I checked in, and on the night of check-in, they deducted more than 480 Canadian dollars without informing the customer at 4 am. When I checked out, the hotel manager told me that there was no fee to pay on the bill. As a result, when I arrived at the airport and received the bank information, the hotel deducted 13 Canadian dollars without authorization. I didn't lock the door for a few minutes, and they deducted money from me. It's really unbelievable.
