This hotel is absolutely wonderful and I could not recommend it more! The overall atmosphere is warm, welcoming and has such a friendly environment from the moment you step in. All the staff members are incredibly polite, attentive and always ready to help with a smile If you are visiting this city, staying here will make your trip truly enjoyable. Great service, lovely food and perfect location all in one place. 10/10!

THEY WENT FROM DIRTY SHEETS TO POLICE THREATS As soon as we arrived, we were given the wrong key to a room which (no joke) had HUNDREDS of mosquitoes—to the point we couldn’t be in the room—along with very dirty sheets and a dripping shower. We ended up switching rooms due to being unable to go into the original room because of the mosquitoes, which was all fine. THREE days later, out of nowhere, they started accusing us for not giving back the key to the original room, which we denied. They then left us alone and said they’d check the cameras. Later, we had them banging on our door at 10 in the evening, asking us to follow them downstairs, where we ended up watching CCTV footage of me and my girlfriend getting our new key and paying for our room. Then the owner showed up—the same person who gave us the new room—and started showing us the same video of an empty hallway on repeat, clearly confused about what she was doing, before threatening to call the police. All of this was because they had given another customer the old room and not a key… yet they had our deposit and even said that wasn’t enough to cover the key, which made no sense as that is the purpose of a key deposit—to obviously cover the key being lost.They told us we was going to have a bit big problem and didn’t let us go back to bed for over and hour!!! ALL THIS NOT TO MENTION LIZARDS FALLING ON US WHILE IN BED 😂😂😂 The hotel was in a good location and some of the staff were lovely, but the owner and another man working there were extremely hostile toward us, all over a key they claimed went missing days before this situation. UNACCEPTABLE

Very good hotel in good location. Very clean, stuff helpful in anything. Some rooms have nice view to mountains special penthouse room top one. Have own bar, restaurant and pool. If I back again I will stay again at this hotel.

Like to stay here when we visit, triple room this time, spotless. Staff always helpful.

I booked this hostel but I was impossible to buy a train ticket from Vientiane to Vang Vieng that day. I was asking the host to give me refund or please help me to delay my schedule 1 day later but she smiled at my problem and said I have to bear it although they still have lots of space. Although I know that it is my fault that ddin't appear on time but I tried my best. Not helpful and supportive at all

The bed is comfortable, the shower is hot and the room had a great view. The included breakfast isn’t worth paying for and the wifi wasn’t reliable

there's no kettle, no slippers, no toothbrushes, the bed linen isn't changed, and there's always an old woman sleeping on a bench at the reception. The refrigerator doesn't work. The 36-dollar price includes the old woman sleeping on the bench, the receptionist sleeping on the couch in the cafe, and the man (I assume he's the owner) sitting at the entrance with a beer and a cigarette. During our four-day stay, all three of these characters remained in their respective positions.

Everything is good for the price the only, discrepancy I had was we were stood waiting to be checked in for a long time

Scammers… We borrowed a scooter from the hotel. We didn’t sign any contract. They just took my passport. During the rain, we fell and the scooter got some scratches (see attached photo). Everything was working perfectly but the plastic was damaged. We told the hotel when we arrived and we knew we had to pay and we were willing to. The shop owning the scooter announced 135$ for the plastics in front of the owners of the hotel that did not try to defend us or fix a reasonable price. We eventually paid and divided the price by 2, knowing that it was still largely overpriced. Judging by the scratches, they would not even repair it. But, as I said, without any help from the hotel that probably got some money from it. I highly recommend you to not take this hotel for your stay. The sincerity of the staff is absent
