If you just want to sleep, you can sleep. But if you want convenience, it's not as good as it should be. The air conditioner smells. The bathroom can't be closed. There's a lot of dust.

Great host and experience Spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel is on the older side but the room is huge, the ac is cold and the wifi works great. For the price of a fast food meal in the west, what more could you ask for? The best part of the stay is without a doubt the hospitable owner Michael and his wife. Not only were they friendly, Michael offered me many great advices and even treated me to a wonder dinner his wife prepared on my last night. Overall, for what you are paying. The hotel offers everything you would need. If you are looking for a luxury experience, go book a 5-star hotel. If you are looking to travel on a budget with a large room with all the basic accommodations and a wonderful owner, than look no further.

Location was okay, otherwise the worst place I have ever stayed. Cat smell was horrible. Walls splattered with who knows what in the room. Bathroom mirror so dirty. Just gross.

really enjoyed our stay at laos haven. the room was a good size, clean and comfortable, owner michael was very friendly and helpful, and the location was quite close to everything we needed. would definitely stay again!
