Vang Vieng Lisha the Grand Riverside Hotel--Nam song River Views from Your Balcony

Located on the outskirts of the city, closer to the cave, with good views if your room faces the river. Breakfast was very mediocre, served in a separate, dirty room. Most of the guests were from China, and the breakfast was also Chinese. On the first floor, when the doors to the street are open, local fauna crawl in. It's clear that this was once a decent hotel many years ago, but now it's decaying. Instead of a shower cabin, there are holes in the wall and a showerhead mounted on it. However, at $26 for a room with breakfast in September, the price is adequate.

Great view, fantastic weather. I didn't take any photos of the room. The hotel is a bit old, but the service is good. They provide fresh fruit every day. The breakfast wasn't very tasty, a bit too salty for my liking. The housekeeping staff were lovely, and the people in Vang Vieng are also very kind. I'll definitely go back to visit and stay in Vang Vieng again if I have the chance.

Affordable price, good breakfast. The hotel is old but clean. Overall, it's acceptable.

Vang Vieng is a small town, and you can easily walk everywhere. It rained the entire time I was there, so I didn't get to see any hot air balloons. However, I could see longtail boats passing by the hotel's riverside every morning. I didn't visit any of the further attractions because I thought it would be unsafe to go into the mountains with the rain. Overall, it was a good experience; even with the rain, enjoying a Lao hotpot in town was quite nice.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very attentive.

The hotel's location is great, right by the river, and only 800 meters from Tham Jang Cave, so you can walk there. We had seniors and kids with us, so we skipped other lagoons; just visiting this cave was enough fun. There's also a nice food court right outside the hotel. However, the accommodation itself was very basic, almost like a guesthouse, but its location definitely makes up for it.
