We love the free drop off and pickup services offered by the hotel! Very convenient to us especially when we stayed out at night for food and massage. The hotel itself is not situated at the heart of the town but it’s ok with the free drop off services. The breakfast is good with a nice variety of local and western food. The riverview from our room balcony is great and the room is spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they can speak fluent English and Chinese which is a plus to us.

Stunning views and overall beauty property. Service was excellent. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. Breakfast was also good.

Fantastic stay. The hotel has a spectacular view over the karat mountains. It’s slightly further from the city centre, but shuttle service is provided. Breakfast was good, room was fine too. Overall I would recommend to stay.

Nice clean hotel. Amazing views and staff. Good price. Not very amazing breakfast. Also they try to save on toiletries: small bottles, conditioner +shampoo in one (bathtub tho). No repellent plugs in the rooms, as a result bugs. Nice free shuttle to pick up and drop off, but might be busy.

There is so many good things that can be said. If you are looking for natural beauty only a minute away from the city this is it. Coupled with the most helpful staff I have ever experienced in line with The Taj in India. Over the top help and professionalism. Great pool and spa. Big rooms, comfortable bed. Tasty food at restaurant. And more …!

This is a gem of a resort! We still talk about our stay here. Probably, one of the best pools I've been in. The views are incredible, the breakfast is sumptuous, the rooms are exceptional, and the spa is fantastic! The ONLY drawback I can think of is the (approx 15 min) walk back from the center of town (we felt very safe!) Getting to town center is not an issue as they have a shuttle service (5-7 drive) But if that is not an issue for you, then just go and stay here and you will not regret it
