Naveria Heights Lodge

We had a wonderful stay at Navaria Heights. The views are absolutely beautiful, and the service was exceptional. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel right at home. The only thing to be aware of is that getting there involves a bit of a climb, but honestly, the amazing views and warm hospitality make it well worth it. Highly recommended!

I didn't stay here, but I contacted Sharon (the owner) to guide me on a hike. She agreed, and we met and she took me on a loop overlooking Savusavu bay. Of course the views were incredible, and on the way, she told me about the island, about the plants and their uses, and several fun anecdotes about what had happened in the decades since she'd lived there. Then, I went to her lodge and was served breakfast. The food was really fresh and healthy, everything was homemade, and the view was absolutely unbeatable. The patio is lovely, and the rest of the lodge looks stunning and well taken care of--her employees were friendly and helped me feel at home. She is a wealth of information about all things Vanua Levu, highly recommended!

Staying at Naveria Heights Lodge was an unforgettable, relaxing, serene experience. Naveria Heights Lodge is literally in the jungle perched on a ledge of a small mt providing an extraordinary view of Savusavu Bay. The location is phenomenal—it’s tucked away for privacy, yet conveniently close (walking distance) to Savusavu. The complimentary breakfast—featuring fresh local fruit, yogurt, and eggs upon request—was the perfect way to start the day. My room was well decorated, clean, spacious and had the perfect bed and linen. Very comfortable. It’s best feature, imho, was its outdoor style bathroom that felt part of the jungle. I did the jungle waterfall and volcano hot spring excursions. Each were an unforgettable experience. If you are looking for a unique comfortable place to stay, an escape from the hustle of life….Naveria Heights Lodge delivers. Highly recommended.

Went for evening drinks and a casual dinner. Wish I had found this place months ago. Amazing host, (Sharon Wild) great location, but call ahead and don't attempt the driveway without guidance. The views are real, the accommodation stylish and affordable, the bar and common space really cool (love all the 'collectables'). My new favourite place. Well done.

We had a great stay at Naveria heights! We got to know the host Sharon, she is wonderful and will do her utmost to make the stay as memorable as possible in terms of planning of trips, booking massages or meaningful conversation by the bar. We also got to know the rest of the team at Naveria and become friends with the other guests, something the cozy and social atmosphere of the lodge definitely contributed to. The building itself felt luxurious, clean and well kept, in contrast to most other buildings in Savu Savu. Staying at Naveria means that you wake up to breathtaking views, get the best advice on what to do with your time in Savu Savu, before returning in the evening to rest in a relaxing environment before the next day of adventure begins. Went here on recomendation from a family member, did not disappoint in the slightest.

The tour company never arrived at the meet up pointe. We had to frantically try to call them to see what was going on. We couldn’t reach anyone. We called our travel agent that got a hold of them just to find out that they cancelled our tour due to low enrollment. However; they failed to let us know. We spent the whole morning/afternoon trying to figure out what to do next. We were really looking forward to this tour. Totally unprofessional and disapointing.

Sharon Wild has created a Fijian paradise.Her lodge, at the top of the hill, is a gorgeous retreat from the day to day grind of working in an office or living in a city. I felt enveloped by this tropical haven. The atmosphere is homey and relaxed; the breakfast delicious: fresh breads, pancakes, large bowls of tropical fruit, moringa juice, fresh honey from her private bee hives. Our bedroom was comfortable and the pool area a perfect space to sunbathe. I also highly recommend setting up an adventure day with Sharon. She took us on a beautiful hike which led to a swimming hole. I swam underneath a waterfall! We then hiked to a natural hot spring and covered ourselves in medicinal mud. Finally, our family represented three generations and we all fell in love with Sharon and the beauty and adventure she provides.

Sharon and team, We just checked out,Beautiful little paradise nestled on top of a hill which i sooo enjoyed walking up and down and those stairs man o man i feel so fit . We stayed for 8 days and let me just say waking up and looking out at the ocean and breathing such fresh ocean air is just out of this world. Surita thank you for the yummy healthy breakfast every morning we stayed and the bread just yum.Sharon and her team made our stay so relaxing. I am definitely going back there .
