Room is not cleaned and swimming pool area is very very slippery i am slip so many time it is very dangerous

The hotel interior are average and the atmosphere and environment is also avarage. But what makes the difference is the guy at reception mr. Sairajj and the cheff, thier behaviour and treatment i haven't found at even 5 star hotel. Good people to remember!

The room was not good and not up to the mark as shown in picture due to rain the water was coming inside but the staff and food is good.

Hotel room was not clean at all i can see sticks on bed cover and garbage inder bed. No towels/water bottles kept in room.

The place is good if kept well and managed better. The rooms are tiny. Charging for a barebones dirty room isn’t free by any means! One large group checked in around 11pm-12 midnight. Has loud music and throughout night kept making noise. This is a ridiculous crowd management by staff.
