They wanted us to pay 1000 Indian rupees extra for early check-in, but we refused and waited a bit. The room was quite dusty, especially on the shelves, there were dirty glasses on the table. The toilet has a very small and inconvenient sink. It is very noisy, a loud elevator that constantly moves and loudly repeats the same phrases. There was some garbage lying around in the elevator for several days, a shiny package from a chewing mixture or something similar. No one picked it up during all these days. There is no refrigerator in the room. Tea, coffee and water are not provided for free. No shampoo and soap, no toilet paper. Small pillows. Wi-Fi on the second floor is poor and intermittent. In the evening, the cafe did not even have simple tea bags, the staff told us that tea can only be drunk in the morning. But in the morning, masala tea was delicious. Our room had a balcony, but we did not go out there, as the view was depressing on the building in front of the hotel and the balcony itself was dirty and destroyed. The photos on the site are more than 5 years old, so the administrator himself told us and laughed. It is inconvenient to get to any places, as taxis very rarely get to the hotel location. But you can walk to the Ghats. The hotel is definitely not worth the money and it is better to find another place for your trip to Varanasi.

Very kind and extremely helpfull staff. Location very nicely situated and accessable. Pricing is very reasonable and good beds. Will for sure come back again.

the room service, interior and space was below the average. we got the fresh towel and bedsheet after multiple reminders. the hotel and room was average compared to standard hotels.

The room was not clean, the bathroom was also smelling. The major problem is with the manager, we stayed there for 2N and when we requested to book for another day where we would check out in the evening, he told he will charge double, 4k for a budget room which he initially informed us was 2k and even in the hotel card the price was mentioned 2k. The night before we called the manager and asked if the room was available, he said it is available and will charge 2.5k because he will give early check in but can not confirm now and again call in the morning to check if the room is still available. We called in the morning and he says he will charge 4k, we told yesterday you told us 2.5 and he says ya but early check in, we will charge, also we told that we only need until evening, we will check out 6 pm in the evening. To which he says still you are blocking the room until evening so the cost is 4k. Just because you understand someone is in need, you should not take advantage of them.

Okay type toom,door lock of my room was not working, good location, near to Godhulia chowk, except one staff everybody was cooperative

It was nice and pleasant stay. Hotel is very clear and staffs are good. Location is also commutable

The location of hotel is very close to temple .Room is pretty small but have geyser availability and staff is very polite and friendly but hotel is not neatly maintained especially common area and restaurant area are not cleaned .
