We are staying in Room No. 410, which is located right next to a lift that is currently under maintenance. I had deliberately kept 8th July free to relax with my senior citizen mother, but unfortunately the experience has been anything but peaceful. There are several serious issues: 1. Only one operational lift: Since yesterday, when we checked in, only one lift has been functioning while the other has been under maintenance. This has caused long waiting times and great inconvenience for all guests. 2. Construction noise next to our room: Room 410 is adjacent to the lift under repair, where masonry work and drilling have been going on continuously since morning. Despite repeatedly requesting Mr. Dharmender at the reception to shift us to another room, no action has been taken. It is extremely disappointing that such genuine concerns are being ignored. 3. Complete chaos due to a wedding event: A wedding function is being hosted at the hotel, but no separate dining arrangement has been made for the wedding guests. As a result, the restaurant is overcrowded, noisy, and chaotic, making it very uncomfortable for regular hotel guests. This is not the standard of hospitality one expects from a Radisson property. Guests come here to relax, not to endure construction noise, long waits for lifts, and overcrowded dining areas. I would strongly advise future travellers to avoid staying here until these issues are resolved.
