Very disappointing experience. Although we booked through Ixigo at a good price, the hotel followed its own policies instead of honoring the booking terms shown on the app. This was misleading and caused unnecessary inconvenience during check-in. The reception staff was not polite, unprofessional, and completely uncooperative. They wasted a lot of our time during both the check-in and check-out procedures. The check-out time was clearly 12:00 noon, yet the reception started calling us repeatedly from 11:00 a.m. onwards on both the room intercom and my mobile phone, asking when we would vacate the room. This was extremely disturbing and unnecessary, especially when my family was trying to relax before leaving. Such behavior is highly unprofessional and creates a poor guest experience. The room had a very small, outdated non-Android TV that barely worked, adding to the disappointment. Overall, this is an average hotel with poor customer service and outdated amenities. It is definitely not value for money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will never choose to stay here again.
