I reserved a room with a kitchen and showed up to find out it's a kitchenette with no oven. This really screwed up my eating plans while traveling and I have dietary restrictions. When we asked the desk about the oven we were told none of the rooms have ovens. A kitchen with only a stove top is considered a kitchenette and shouldn't be advertised as a kitchen.

Great Customer service and appreciated the attention of service staff during the busy breakfast period. Rooms had what we needed- would definitely stay at a Staybridge Suites Hotel again!

Breakfast was good. Sofa bed mattress was garbage. My kids who weigh nothing complained about it's comfort. For $428/night and not having 2 decent mattresses was annoying.

Breakfast staff Farsi, Kim, Sandeep and Blessie were exceptional. I have dietary restrictions and was looking for gluten free options at breakfast. They helped me to identify options and offered to have gluten free items prepared. On the second day of our stay, they remembered and had food ready. I really appreciated how easily, willingly and quickly they accommodated my needs. It was exceptional in that I often have limited or no options.

Pick up a towel. Fold it in half. Fold it in half again. The folded towel will now have a higher height than than the pillows
