Very clean rooms, good beds, well-equipped bathroom. Check-in was quick and conducted in good English. Food in the restaurant was good value for money. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The selection was perfectly fine, but the staff seemed overwhelmed that morning. When we went to breakfast at 7:30 a.m., a large group had already eaten before us. There were no coffee cups, only water came out of the coffee machine instead of milk, and it took a long time to refill it. There wasn't a single clean table in the breakfast room, even though it was 80% empty. Luckily, we could eat in the restaurant instead. They could definitely find better solutions there. Otherwise, we felt comfortable.

It was nice that it was close to the airport, but the additional services were poor, there was no simple water in the room, which was inconvenient, and there was no place to walk around, which was disappointing.

Kind and helpful staff. Clean and pretty hotel, well kept. It was open when we arrived at 00:30. Quick check-in and check-out. Close to the airport. Arranged taxi ourselves from airport to the hotel - cost 20 eur (late at night). Taxi from hotel to airport at daytime was 15 eur. Downsides: Hard beds and a very simple breakfast. Would appreciate a selection of bread, and fried eggs and overall more options for breakfast. Otherwise happy with our stay!

This hotel was a lovely surprise! Very clean, friendly staff, very good restaurant, so close to Zagreb airport and very affordable. Will definitely choose again

Okay but can to better w/some attention to detail The lobby, bar and restaurant were clean and orderly. Our room carpet was filthy, the shower enclosure leaked everywhere. There is only 1 outlet next to the bed located on one side only.

Poor value for money. I would never stay at this hotel again. The site promised an airport shuttle. There was none. Grab bar in the tub was pulling out of yhe wall. This is dangerous. No amenities in the bathroom.
