I stayed here for one night only because my flight was cancelled and this is one of the closest hotels to the airport. Unfortunately, for the price, it is not worth it at all. The room smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, which made the stay quite uncomfortable. The receptionist was very nice and helpful and arranged a taxi for me for the next morning, which I appreciated. However, the room quality does not justify the high price, and it feels like the hotel takes advantage of guests who have no real alternative due to flight disruptions.

Not walkable from the airport and ended up with taking taxi after the late arrival... Staff was really nice tho

Well airport is in the name and you can hear the engines hit full throttle but i need 'airport' to mean airport. About 18 minutes walk, a 290 bus ride or 10 minutes ripoff taxi. Like all airports, the drivers may as well be criminals, they will not like getting a fare to the royal it being a short journey. Restaurant is called 'forks' and shares staff with the basement breakfast room. Lots of breakfast choices and a none too unreasonable cappuchino from a machine. Rooms are fine but without tea and coffee making tools. The bathroom underfloor heating invites a midwinter visit.
