A wonderful location in Venice right nearby busses for the airport, Venice and Santa Monica beach and also Hollywood and downtown. It’s about 40 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes to Venice beach and 1 hour to Hollywood. The room was clean and spacious and although my room was right by the entry/exit door I didn’t hear much noise. The bed was comfortable and everything was as expected. Highly recommend it.

Pretty nice stay, was there for 2 nights with friends, it was clean, pretty close to the beach, would recommend having conditioners in the shower, the area has some homeless population.

The room is spacious and clean, and this hotel is enough to what we needed - a safe and decent place to stay for one night in LA. Location is also great - walking distance to the Venice Canals and a short drive/bus to Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier and Marina Del Ray.

What a Shame this hotel. One night the most horrible in my life. One client was up all night with loud music, trying to open every single door between 11pm to 3am. We’ve call the front desk but… told me we hav him on camera lol. Beside this I have been double charge the caution deposit and when you trying to ask the front desk about an email to sent the proof of it they are answering I can’t do anything for you. Email *******. But I have been double charge by the hotel we’ve paid everything at the hotel. Well this hotel is noisy not clean and very poor people where shower looks like it was in our room. Never again…

I booked on your website paid in full then I get there. She says I need another $15 so I handed her 20 and asked her what it was for and she said it was for parking. I said I never heard of Payne for parking after you already paid for the hotel. I said you supposed to pay people about what it’s gonna cost you upfront don’t tell us later so she said well that’s the rules here so it’s our place and we’re charging for parking and that’s just the way it is and I said OK now give me a receipt for that $15 because someone else has to pay for my trip down there and all the expenses and she refused to give me a receipt for the $15 cash I gave her I said then give me the money back. She said no

Good stay nearby venice beach and Main attractions. Walkable to venice within 25mins. Good parking and clean accommodation in general.
