Excelent location with swimming pool and garage

Good hotel. Stayed there for night. Had late arrival to VCE airport. Everything was fine.

My son enjoyed the pool. We ate dinner at their restaurant and the food tasted good. Reasonable price. Friendly restaurant and pool staffs. I had a huge problem with A/C. When we arrived the AC wasn’t ON and it was warm in the room like a sauna. The front desk told me that they have to turn it off because the previous customer asked them to and they have to turn it on at their end. I cannot switch it ON in the room. I tried turning it ON but it keeps on turning off. 4 hrs later with 3 calls attempts requesting, still not ON and the front desk told me to have patience. 4 hours waiting wasn’t patient enough? Checked in at 4pm still no AC at 8pm? I told him if they cannot fix it then they have to transfer us to a different room. 5 hours left to sleep. We had an early check out at 0330. Finally at 9pm, he sent housekeeping to check in the room only to find out that they left the window open. Housekeeping failed to close it. They should know this that when the window is open, the AC will turn off. Please make sure that the room is ready before giving it to customers. Making sure everything works including the AC, the room is cool since the weather is hot before handing it to the customers.

There are bus routes to the main island and train station/airport just in front of the hotel. Room is clean and facilities are good.
