A bit disappointed with the hotel as our grandfather was hospitalised in taiwan. Everything is in mandarin and they only accept English memo. No refund for our hotel fees. Will reconsider this hotel next time

The scenery is absolutely stunning. The hotel is beautiful. The price is a bit high. The value for money is debatable. The rooms are extremely small. The facilities are outdated. The water pressure is very low. The doorman service is good; perhaps I chose the pick-up and drop-off service. The front desk service is poor.

My flight arrived at 6 AM, and a water taxi took me directly to the hotel pier at 7 AM. I was worried the hotel might not give me a room because it was so early, but they were very nice and checked me in immediately. I originally booked the St. Regis because the Aman Resorts were fully booked, but when I arrived, I found the St. Regis to be absolutely gorgeous—I was very satisfied!
