Hotel Principe

It has been a great experience of living here especially for the breakfast included and locatio which is close to the train station.

We enjoyed our stay here. Breakfast provided also nice Most important is the hotel near to the train station.

Good location with 5mins walk to train station,really small and old room even though renovated shower. Overall it's not good enough.

Very small room: the pictures on the app look much more better; bathroom very small

Terrible stay, avoid this hotel at all costs! 1. No porter service upon arrival. We had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs by ourselves, and the whole room is extremely old and shabby. 2. Official check-out time is 11:00, but our room power was cut off at 10:30 sharp. No air conditioning, impossible to charge phones, extremely hot inside. 3. A housekeeping staff burst into our room without knocking or permission. My friend was using the toilet and got badly frightened. When I questioned her about the early power cut, she only replied in Italian that I couldn’t understand. I asked her to speak English, yet she said she couldn’t and rolled her eyes with an extremely rude attitude. 4. On the way down to reception, the elevator suddenly lost power and trapped us inside; staff barely helped us open the doors later. 5. I explained all these issues to front desk when checking out, but they looked confused and offered zero solutions. They only said they would check with colleagues and never followed up with us. The service, facilities and management are all unacceptable. I will never book this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone.
