The staff and the location were both very good. However, after sleeping in the bed and waking up, I was bitten by mites or some kind of insects and ended up with three swollen spots. They should pay more attention to proper bed making and cleanliness.

Very good location which is 5 mins walk from the Rialto ferry stop. Very friendly staff and helpful too. Clean, warm room. We did not take breakfast in the hotel so I have no coment on the food. I will definitely go back on my next trip.

It's literally the best hotel in Venice! It the location is perfect: right between the Rialto bridge and the San Marco square. There is a wonderful restaurant, located on the parallel street if you go north. There is also a point where you can pay for gandola service. The staff (Aurora and the other guy, sorry I forgot your name :( ) was extremely helpful and nice. The only downside is lack of slippers and not the best breakfast in my life. I will most certainly stay in this hotel again :)

Excellent location, but the steep stairs to the reception / rooms can be a challenge for some. The staff was very helpful and I really enjoyed my room. Well placed light switches, great aircon, clean and comfortable bed. Location was perfect - I had such a great time in Venice and the hotel was a big part of it! Thank you.

Great location. Room was small but did its job. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Only downfall, LOTS OF STAIRS. Traveling with a baby and stroller, up and down the stairs was hell.
